Friday Grooming Sesh
I know most people probably have their grooming rituals at the beginning of the week, so maybe I’m a weirdo, but I LOVE having a good old head shave and grooming sesh on a Friday.
It’s like “get this week OFF me”, and so it always starts with a head shave (clippers) followed by the beard having a tidy and some shape put back into it, followed by a wet head shave, and then I feel human again.
Then, when I walk into the gym tomorrow, I’ll feel like a baldheaded bouncer ready to tackle my workout.
Oh, and big news - we secured our tickets for Hyrox London today! I am MOIST with excitement, I tell you - MOIST!
I mean yes, slightly unhinged too obvs, but at least it keeps my arse from skimming the floor and picking up loose change.
